Pesticide is a chemical compund which made for the purposing of death or the dangerous for nature life (Nhachi, 1999). The exposure level of pesticides significantly made the negative impact for health. Its charater poisons to human and have negative impact for environment and ecosystem. According to World Health Organization (WHO) and Envrionmental Program of United Nation (UNEP), mentioned that in developing countries every year occurs pesticides poisoned for workers whom works in agriculture sector as amount one to five cases and 20,000 cases in between lead to death (Fleische, 1999).

The purpose of writing was to know the law protection that should get by the labors whom worked particularly in palm oil plantation still unregistr to become member of Healthcare Insurance Body-Employment (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan). Because of become a member of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan is preventif way of Insurance Body to give the law protection.

JATAN (Japan Tropical Forest Action Network) conducted field visit to palm oil plantation company and the grassroot of SERBUNDO in subsidiary company under WILMAR Group (PT. Daya Labuan Indah) in Labuhanbatu Regency. This company was wellknowed as role model because the openess for visitors from Institution either national or international to visit site and respect of sustainable oil palm.

Still in the atmosphere of Lebaran, Base Management of Indonesian Plantation Trade Union (SERBUNDO) Begerpang Estate PT. Lonsum Deli Serdang with DPP SERBUNDO carried out Halal bihalal with the aim of strengthening the relationship of plantation workers held in the village of Bergepang Bangun Purba District Deli Serdang which was attended by dozens of members and basis leader.

OPPUK (Organization for Strengthening and Development of Community Enterprises) and SERBUNDO (Union of Plantation Workers in Indonesia) together with five other Trade Unions in North Sumatra are involved in the protest in commemorating World’s May Day 2016.
